By registering an account on the 544bd platform, accessing any game, placing any bet, or using any service offered by 544bd, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment of your initial registration and continues for the entire duration of your use of the 544bd platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 544bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. 544bd reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 544bd may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 544bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your 544bd account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. 544bd is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 544bd Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 544bd will never contact you to ask for your password. Closing your account does not affect any pre-existing obligations or liabilities you may have to 544bd. 544bd also reserves the right to close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not offered on the platform, and players are responsible for any bank charges levied by their payment providers.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is ৳300.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
• Deposits are credited to your 544bd account balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.
• 544bd does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges at their discretion.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the registered payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 544bd's reasonable control;

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through the 544bd customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. 544bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve any formal complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Players retain the right to pursue any unresolved dispute through such legal channels as may be available to them under applicable law.
